• Architectural Specifications: The Master Lock No. 1710MKADA Locks are built-in keyed locks that are design to fit all Lift Handle Lockers, Single Point Horizontal Latch Lockers and Box Lockers. The Master 1710MKADA Padlock is ideal for horizontal and single-point lockers with multiple users who are assigned access for short time periods. The 1710MKADA Padlocks have manual deadbolt locking, a high security 5-pin tumbler cylinder, come with two (2) keys per lock, 1 with oversized ADA Key Head and mounting hardware. The Master Lock No. 1710MKADA Locks meet the United States Department of Justice “2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design”, which requires 5% of lockers meet ADA specifications. In addition, these standards state that operable parts ("locks") meet the following requirements: 1. Shall be operable with one hand; 2. Shall not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist to operate; 3. Shall have a force required to activate of 5 lbf (22.2N) maximum.
