• Architectural Specifications: Master Lock 1690MD Locks are built-in combination padlocks with a rotational operating deadbolt latch that locks by wrapping around a stationary latch plate or post. Once open, re-locking operates by simply shutting the door, with no further operator action to lock the padlock. Once locked, the latch will not not be moveable until the lock is properly opened. The 1690MD Padlock has a textured lipped dial design for easy-grip-and –pull operation, a 5-pin tumbler cylinder for supervisory key access, five (5) preset combinations, and a random combination change pattern; no sequentially adjacent locks will have the same combination change pattern. The Master 1690MD Lock will be supplied with both a printed Control Chart (Combination Charts) and disc containing the serial numbers and combinations for all locks that ship directly from the Master Lock factory. Master Lock 1690MD Padlocks are for lockers hinged on the right and come with an easy-to-grip Black Metal Dial.
